About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Singapore team. You will support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support risk management and issue resolution during project execution.
- Maintain project databases and document management systems.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and other administrative tasks related to projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or management support.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
