Join us to develop and execute creative commercial and office design concepts, delivering detailed space planning, 3D visuals, and drawings while collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative design concepts to meet client needs and project goals
- Develop, organize, and execute comprehensive design plans for commercial interiors
- Revise and update designs based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare detailed space planning layouts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings
- Coordinate effectively with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials to design solutions
- Collaborate within a team and manage independent tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design
- Experience handling commercial interior design projects preferred but not required
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Illustrator considered an added value
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop to produce design deliverables
- Strong command of English for clear communication
