Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concept design, space planning, perspectives, material selections and construction drawings to the clients..
- Monitoring projects from conception to completion..
- Liaise with clients and vendors throughout the projects..
- Coordinate with project team to assure the sites conform to design criterion and construction regulations..
- Attend client meetings and conduct design presentations. .
- Capable of managing project assignments to be completed within the given deadline..
- Coordinate with project team in harnessing creative ideas with a balanced senses of aesthetic and marketplace consideration..
- Possess dynamic and proactive work attitude with a keen sense towards FF&E and be able to articulate design concept with flair.
Key Requirements: .
- Possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design..
- At least 2 - 5 years working experience in designing corporate offices.
- Demonstrate a strong design portfolio with proven track record of big ideas adhering to clients guidelines and brief..
- Proficient in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, but not limited to free-hand sketching skill as well..
- Enscape rendering skills a plus
- Fluent in bilingual to communicate with clients and overseas associates..
- Willing to travel for overseas assignments.
