Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare quotations for clients, including scope of work, pricing, and materials.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D and 3D drawings, and select materials for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, plans, and specifications for carpentry, cabinetry, stone installations, and other interior elements.
• Coordinate with contractors, craftsmen, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits, supervise projects, and perform quality checks during construction/installation.
• Maintain clear documentation of designs, revisions, and client communications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
