Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals, requirements, preferences, and budget expectations
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather project requirements
  • Prepare design briefs, proposals, and conceptual presentations
  • Conceptualise and develop design ideas, themes, layouts, and space planning solutions
  • Produce design drawings, mood boards, 3D visualisations, and material and finishes selections
  • Ensure designs are aligned with the company's furniture supply and renovation capabilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Oversee renovation and installation works on-site to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and technologies
  • Ensure all works comply with Singapore building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
