Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Understand client goals, requirements, preferences, and budget expectations
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather project requirements
Prepare design briefs, proposals, and conceptual presentations
Conceptualise and develop design ideas, themes, layouts, and space planning solutions
Produce design drawings, mood boards, 3D visualisations, and material and finishes selections
Ensure designs are aligned with the company's furniture supply and renovation capabilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Oversee renovation and installation works on-site to ensure design intent is achieved
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and technologies
Ensure all works comply with Singapore building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
