Job Description:

.Meeting with clients and provide consultation to meet customers needs

.Conceptualize creative ideas and solutions

.Prepare proposals to meet clients requirements

.Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure smooth construction of the project

.Able to visualize concepts, drawings and explain details to clients

Responsibilities:

.Plan, design, addition and alteration and re configuration.

.Prepare construction drawings, write material specifications, and other design documentation

.Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.

.Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of the client

.Prepares final designs and specifications, within the consideration of the client's budget requirements and restrictions.

.Performs necessary drafting work for projects.

.Performs related work as required

Requirements:

.Good knowledge of interior design

.Good knowledge of AutoCad and sales background preferred

.Able to sketch, read drawings and sell ideas to clients

.Self motivated, responsible and determination to succeed

.Able to work under pressure and target driven. You will need to be well presented professional and willing to put in the hours
