INTERIOR DESIGNER

Assist in developing initial design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes based on client briefs.

Conduct space planning and create functional layout proposals.

Produce creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs, budget, and timeline.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans using software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Create 3D visualizations and renderings to help clients visualize the final design.

Assist in the development of construction drawings and documentation for contractors.

Project Coordination & Support:

Source and select materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Obtain quotes and prepare preliminary cost estimates for client presentations.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design specifications are met.

Support senior designers in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and present design ideas.

Provide professional and timely communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
