The Client Engagement Executive serves as the primary commercial interface for the firm, managing the full client lifecycle-from identifying new business opportunities and managing the quotation pipeline to nurturing long-term partnerships with key accounts. This role ensures revenue growth while maintaining the firm's high professional standards.
Strategic Growth & Market Development
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and business development targets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, including developers, government tenders, and other strategic segments.
Client & Project Coordination
Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into clear scopes of work for the Principal Surveyor's review.
Liaise between clients and the operations team to ensure project scopes are technically feasible, field schedules are realistic, and client deadlines are clearly communicated.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Pipeline & Proposal Management
Oversee the CRM/pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
Supervise the accuracy of pricing, quotations, and contract terms, ensuring high-risk or non-standard proposals are vetted in line with company policies.
Assist with tender submissions and document formatting to support successful bid processes.
Administrative & Compliance
Manage RFQs, NDAs, and supplier portal registrations to maintain preferred vendor status.
Maintain accurate records of client engagement, proposals, and project correspondence.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 1years of experience in sales, client engagement, or project coordination (construction/surveying industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working under pressure with sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including field surveyors and operations staff.
