Job Description

Position Overview

The Client Engagement Executive serves as the primary commercial interface for the firm, managing the full client lifecycle-from identifying new business opportunities and managing the quotation pipeline to nurturing long-term partnerships with key accounts. This role ensures revenue growth while maintaining the firm's high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Development

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and business development targets.

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, including developers, government tenders, and other strategic segments.

Client & Project Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into clear scopes of work for the Principal Surveyor's review.

  • Liaise between clients and the operations team to ensure project scopes are technically feasible, field schedules are realistic, and client deadlines are clearly communicated.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Pipeline & Proposal Management

  • Oversee the CRM/pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

  • Supervise the accuracy of pricing, quotations, and contract terms, ensuring high-risk or non-standard proposals are vetted in line with company policies.

  • Assist with tender submissions and document formatting to support successful bid processes.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Manage RFQs, NDAs, and supplier portal registrations to maintain preferred vendor status.

  • Maintain accurate records of client engagement, proposals, and project correspondence.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

  • Minimum 1years of experience in sales, client engagement, or project coordination (construction/surveying industry experience preferred).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Comfortable working under pressure with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including field surveyors and operations staff.
