Admin & Finance Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented individual to support our daily admin and basic finance work. This role is part time and suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and maintain documents so records are clear and easy to access
Support daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Prepare invoices and quotations accurately and on time
Handle simple bookkeeping and track basic financial transactions
Monitor project payments and expenses
Manage receipts, supplier invoices, and assist with simple reconciliations
Coordinate with the team to ensure documents and records are up to date
Maintain an organised digital filing system using Google Drive
Requirements
Basic knowledge of admin or finance work
Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail oriented and organised in handling tasks
Prior experience in admin, accounts, or interior design is a bonus but not required
