Job Summary
We are a growing interior design studio seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Assistant to support daily operations in a flexible, part-time role with minimal office presence.
Responsibilities
- Organize and file documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations
- Prepare and assist with invoicing and quotations to ensure timely billing
- Perform simple bookkeeping tasks to track financial transactions
- Monitor project payments and expenses to maintain financial accuracy
- Support finance record-keeping by managing receipts, supplier bills, and performing simple reconciliations
- Communicate with team members to update and manage documentation effectively
- Maintain organized digital records using Google Drive and folder systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic knowledge of administrative and/or finance work to perform core tasks
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to manage data and financial records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Prior experience in administration, accounts, or the interior design industry is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability
Other Information
Working Arrangement:
- Part-time position
- One day per week in office with flexible scheduling
- Remote work for remaining tasks
