Job Summary

We are a growing interior design studio seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Assistant to support daily operations in a flexible, part-time role with minimal office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and file documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations
  • Prepare and assist with invoicing and quotations to ensure timely billing
  • Perform simple bookkeeping tasks to track financial transactions
  • Monitor project payments and expenses to maintain financial accuracy
  • Support finance record-keeping by managing receipts, supplier bills, and performing simple reconciliations
  • Communicate with team members to update and manage documentation effectively
  • Maintain organized digital records using Google Drive and folder systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of administrative and/or finance work to perform core tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to manage data and financial records
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
  • Prior experience in administration, accounts, or the interior design industry is advantageous but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability

Other Information

Working Arrangement:

  • Part-time position
  • One day per week in office with flexible scheduling
  • Remote work for remaining tasks
