Job Description:
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and strengthen market presence
2. Lead the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns in alignment with product launch timelines, including PR, social media, KOL, advertising, and on-ground activations
3. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border resources to drive ATL/BTL/digital marketing efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations
5. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely execution Track and review campaign performance regularly, and continuously optimize content and channel strategies
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, branding, or public relations; experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or internet industries is a strong advantage
3. Strong project management, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving skills
4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin; able to present and execute campaigns in both languages
5. Strong insight into content marketing, social media trends, and creative storytelling
