Job Responsibilities
- Process and review insurance claims documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify policy coverage and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims submissions.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely updates and communication on claims status to clients and relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of claims processing in the company system for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist in preparing claims reports and data analysis for management review.
- Support compliance with internal controls, risk management, and service standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or administrative support preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in the insurance industry may also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
