Our client, a leading direct insurer, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Associate to join their Policy Servicing team on a contract until 31 Dec 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence to contribute to a high-performing direct insurer.
You will be
- Handling operations and administrative tasks, including processing customer requests and managing internal communications
- Ensuring smooth execution of policy servicing processes in full compliance with regulatory standards and service level agreements
- Conducting quality checks on transactions and providing feedback to improve accuracy and reduce error rates
- Supporting ad hoc projects and participating in user testing when required
You will need
- A Diploma in Insurance, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications
- 12 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, ideally in Insurance
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality work
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
