Program Highlights:

• Year One Rotation: Gain hands-on experience across three key departments—Employee Benefits, Corporate Risks, and Financial Lines—through 4-month rotations in each area. This structure ensures broad exposure to diverse insurance lines and a deeper understanding of the business.
• Post-Rotation Placement: After the first year, you will be assigned to a department based on your skills, interests, and business needs, allowing you to develop specialized expertise.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking driven and capable individuals who meet the following criteria:

Education: Bachelor's degree qualification.

Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure.
• Works independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
