Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Operations Specialist to plan daily operations and be actively involved on the ground to ensure smooth delivery execution. This role requires both coordination and physical presence in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange daily delivery jobs and routes
- Deploy and coordinate drivers for daily operations
- Be on the ground to manage and support delivery operations
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and according to plan
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Communicate with drivers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor daily performance and ensure service standards are met
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- At least 4-6 years of experience in delivery operations / logistics
- Hands-on and willing to be on the ground
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Must possess driving license
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays (staggered off days would be arranged)
