Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing
  • Liaising with insurers to generate quotations
  • Following up on any sent quotations to identify any renewals/review of policies
  • Attend to phone calls and email enquiries on matters on general insurance needs
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ITE qualifications and above.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI) will be an added advantage. Candidate without experience are welcome to apply
  • Good reading and verbal communications skills in Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking clients on phone calls and email enquiries on matters pertaining to general insurance needs
