Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing
Liaising with insurers to generate quotations
Following up on any sent quotations to identify any renewals/review of policies
Attend to phone calls and email enquiries on matters on general insurance needs
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum ITE qualifications and above.
Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
1 - 2 years of working experience.
General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI) will be an added advantage. Candidate without experience are welcome to apply
Good reading and verbal communications skills in Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking clients on phone calls and email enquiries on matters pertaining to general insurance needs
