Job Summary
Join CitiSafe as an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by qualifying leads, managing sales documentation, tracking orders, and assisting in promotional activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Qualify sales inquiries by analyzing customer requirements to identify potential sales opportunities
- Generate accurate sales documents for internal teams and external customers to support sales processes
- Assist the sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks to enhance efficiency
- Follow up on quotations and track orders to ensure timely payment collection and delivery fulfillment
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement business plans and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Maintain and update sales resources and marketing collateral to support promotional efforts
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials for events to increase brand visibility
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a dedicated team player
- Diploma in any field
- Experience interacting with Industrial, Government, Contractors, or O&G Refining/Petrochemical sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 business applications for efficient sales operations
