Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support position located in Singapore. The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing sales operations, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include processing sales orders, generating sales reports, and maintaining efficient communication between the sales team and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Apps
• Prior experience in the training and certification industry is a plus
• Diploma or Fresh Grad in Business, Marketing, or a related field
