Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with assigned strategic semiconductor customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and support needs, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
Proactively identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels, taking initiative to resolve concerns and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Support customer onboarding and ongoing account development to maximize customer value and retention.
Represent Excelitas within the customer community, ensuring the company's interests are both promoted and protected.
Manage all inbound sales leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer care initiatives via the CRM system.
Qualify leads based on strategic fit and potential, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into actionable opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead status, activities, and outcomes to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Respond to inquiries and RFQs by providing relevant product information and quoting standard pricing and delivery timelines, in accordance with company policies.
Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals that align with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
Track and follow up on quotes to drive conversions, ensure customer satisfaction, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts, campaign tracking, and performance reports to support strategic planning.
Provide regular updates on lead status, customer engagement, and sales performance by account/region, along with other key metrics.
Support core business processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, annual operating planning, and expense management through effective forecasting and data analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experienced in using CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
