Job Description

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Source new sales opportunities or secure customer visits through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure
Maintain and expand database for tele-marketing
Telephone sales to follow up with proposals
Working very closely with sales person to build pipeline and close deals
CRM data management
Achieve monthly KPI
Understand customer needs and requirements
Arranging and coordination of appointments
Issuance of official quotation
Sales Administration
Report Analysis
Assistance with mail correspondence
Understand customer needs and requirements
Liaising with customers via phone, emails or face to face meetings
Liaising with Internal and external parties clients, carriers, airlines and sub-contractors via phone, emails or face to face meeting
To take ownership of complaint and queries of the customers and proactively following through to resolution
To escalate the queries to the sales person/supervisor if appropriate
To assist the management and Team Manager with any assigned task if required
Provide backup in absence of any team members or Operation team
Maintain the coordination and professional strong working relationship with external and internal customers
To ensure the cost and service effectiveness
Maintain customer records by updating account information
