Our client is a Singapore-based innovation centre that collaborates with global start-ups to drive innovation. Through its programs, the centre focuses on exploring, validating, and accelerating technologies from start-ups worldwide, with the aim of advancing innovative solutions in public safety.
Lead and oversee all phases of the program lifecycle from stakeholder engagement and partner evaluation to co-creation and pilot implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall program strategy.
- Coordinate collaboration across internal teams, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee program resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and adapt plans to ensure alignment with evolving business goals.
- Act as the central point of contact for all program-related communications.
- Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to organize outreach initiatives and boost program visibility.
- Support the development and delivery of thought leadership content and industry engagement efforts.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and updates to communicate program progress and outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or related role, with a proven track record in managing programs within an innovation-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree or postgraduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines.
