9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Infrastructure Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
Strong experience managing infrastructure transformation and platform upgrade projects.
Proven experience driving large-scale infrastructure upgrade initiatives, including Cloudera platform upgrades (7.x to 8.x) or similar enterprise platform transformations, ensuring minimal operational and business impact.
Hands-on understanding of enterprise hardware environments (servers, storage, network, data centers).
Working knowledge of infrastructure-related software and enterprise platforms.
Proven experience in data migration and large-scale environment transitions.
Strong vendor management experience, including RFP participation, contract management, and performance governance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership and technical teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements.
