Company Overview



LionsBot International is seeking an IT Support Engineer on a 12-month renewable fixed-term contract, to be based in its Singapore office. This role serves as the on-site IT support point for Singapore users while working closely with the Global IT team led from overseas. The role supports global operations by handling end-user IT support, onboarding and offboarding, IT asset management, and infrastructure support, while ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and compliant.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide on-site IT support for users based in the Singapore office





  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets for users across Singapore and regional offices





  • Troubleshoot laptops, VPN, email, user access, and basic network issues





  • Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, VPN, email, printers, and SaaS subscriptions





  • Execute offboarding activities including access removal, asset recovery, and checklist completion





  • Monitor and support local IT infrastructure including networks, Wi-Fi, printers, routers, and firewalls





  • Coordinate with the overseas IT Manager and global IT team on escalations and system changes





  • Ensure endpoint security controls are applied, including antivirus, EDR, patching, and backups





  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets including laptops, peripherals, and network devices





  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in ticketing and asset management systems





  • Support ISO 27001 controls through documentation, access controls, and operational checks




Qualifications & Experience




  • Professional certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration





  • 2 to 3 years of practical experience in end-user IT support, preferably in a corporate or regional environment





  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments





  • Working knowledge of VPNs, email systems, SaaS platforms, onboarding processes, and ticketing tools





  • Familiarity with IT compliance, asset management, and basic security practices





  • Exposure to firewall, access point, or basic network setup is an advantage





  • Clear communicator who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently on-site
