Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as an Information Technology Specialist is based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing network administration, ensuring robust network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent technical support. The specialist will collaborate with team members and end-users to maintain seamless IT operations and solve technical problems effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong skills in Information Technology systems and Troubleshooting
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service with a focus on technical support
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid work structure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with IT tools and protocols, including system updates and software installations
• Prior experience in an IT support or similar role is an advantage
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
