Information Technology Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing network systems, performing troubleshooting and implementing network security measures. The role also includes providing support and assistance to ensure reliable IT operations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to handle complex technical issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills to aid in supporting users effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Prior experience in IT roles or certifications in networking and system administration are a plus
