Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of IT roles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Handling Japanese market and sourcing experience in Japanese market is a must
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Experience using job portals and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
