About the Role
As a GIS & ServiceNow Field Service Management Analyst at Accenture, you will design, configure, and enhance geospatial and fieldservice solutions that support efficient field operations and data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions leveraging GIS technologies and the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) capabilities, including work orders, dispatching, mobile workforce, and asset tracking
- Design and implement geospatial solutions using ESRI Arc GIS to visualize and manage location-based data
- Develop and customize interactive web-based map susing Leaflet.js and JavaScript
- Integrate GIS data and services with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across GIS and ServiceNow components
- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5 years of experience in GIS, web mapping, or enterprise platform implementation
- Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS (Arc GIS Online, ArcGIS Server, or related tools)
- Working knowledge of Leaflet.js and JavaScript-based web mapping development
- Experience configuring or supporting ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
