Information Technology Project Manager

Objective

This position reports to Director, Corporate Systems. The Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of projects (both Operational and Capital) in the Corporate Systems domain.

The Project Manager will be required to work within a Project Working Committee environment,

The role is tasked with financial management and the associated reporting KPIs within the program team. Strong financial management skills are required to ensure financial budgets are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in infrastructure or information security related projects.

Develop, manage and improve stakeholder relations both internal and external.

Use of project management artefacts to ensure effective outcomes such as:

o Accuracy of estimating and forecasting

o Delivery timelines and schedules are met

o Adherence to quality standards

Lead in the identification of business impacts resulting from project implementation and proactively manage them.

Prepare monthly financial forecasts and reconciliations against budget to ensure forecasting variance maintained within limits.
