Perform maintenance on Data Center operations, including troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS servers, VMware environments, Windows Server 2022 and Linux RHEL 9.0 virtual machines, and Domain Controllers.
Support management and monitoring of network, servers, virtualization and monitoring systems (including in-house Network Security Intrusion System) for new and existing park Attractions to ensure the seamless integration of network services to support overall system functionality.
Manage common network services such as SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, and DHCP.
Perform network performance monitoring, complex troubleshooting and provide detailed root cause analysis, for both hardware and software, and network issues.
Conduct backup, archiving, and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Understand and actively participate in Process Improvement exercises, Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established corporate policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology and above with minimum 3 years of experiences with IT/OT networking systems in Data Center and virtualization technologies (UCS, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, Windows Server, Linux Server.
Proficient in managing common network services (SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, AD).
Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols, security protocols, and network architecture.
Experience with Aruba Wireless Conductor and Wireless Controller and Access Points, Identity Service Engine, Palo Alto firewalls, Network Security Intrusion system and network monitoring and management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform network performance analysis using tools like Wireshark.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, and maintaining network switches, firewalls and Servers.
Proven ability to perform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and recovery procedures
Ability to perform shift work include weekend and public holiday.
