- Provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing e.g. layout, process/material flow.
- Lead a team in productivity & cost improvement
- Perform cost estimate study for potential products
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.
- Work with product team to implement new ideas to optimize resources
- Develop and establishes work standards, routing.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Plan and set up manufacturing lines.
- Support new models start-up and engineering change orders
- Participate in cost and quality improvement.
- Provide supervision to work group.
- Tracks CAPEX spending on new manufacturing lines to be within allocated budget
- Drive LEAN methodologies during new manufacturing lines setup
- Utilize Value Stream Mapping
Requirements
- At least a Degree in Mechanical /Electronics/ Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing or within similar applications
