The Capacity Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team for capacity expansion. This position also has a key role in Fab capacity strategy making and capex proposals

Primary Job Functions:

• Ensure capacity modelling database integrity
• To perform capacity analysis during planning cycle and various scenarios for mid/long term loading plan
• Work on Capex proposals and space management
• Review with Management on the proposed strategy and capacity outlook
• Lead Programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency Productivity improvement

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
• Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
• Proficient in Business Communication and Written skills.
