Job Summary
You will collaborate with the in-house drafter to combine creative design with business development. Your role includes acquiring clients, conceptualizing designs, closing sales, and managing projects from site visits to handover, ensuring coordination with contractors and suppliers to meet design and timeline goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their renovation needs and present tailored design solutions
- Prepare accurate and competitive project quotes to secure sales agreements
- Coordinate project activities by conducting site visits and managing timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to align project execution with design specifications and quality standards
- Work closely with the in-house drafter to integrate creative design concepts into business development efforts
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards
- Operate collaboratively within the team and contribute to a positive, energetic work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least an NTC2 qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for preparing quotes and project documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in design, sales, or project management
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in project planning and execution
- Exhibit a fun, creative, and energetic personality to engage clients and team members

- Full commission ranging from $3,000 to $10,000
