Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities to support business growth and customer engagement
- Manage the entire sales process from preparing quotations to fulfilling orders accurately and timely
- Conduct telemarketing calls to identify and canvas potential business clients
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Use MS Excel and computer applications effectively to track sales data and support sales operations
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a professional appearance
