Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer enquiries and support requests from Outdoor Sales Engineers.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals/quotations with support from Product/Support Engineers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold/warm calling.
- Follow up with customers on quotation status and maintain sales funnel updates via CRM.
- Opportunity for career advancement to outdoor - Sales & Application Engineer.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse customer base.
- Sales-oriented, independent, and positive working attitude.
- Possession of Class 3 Driving License is advantageous.
- Comfortable with deskbound/office-based work environment.
- Training on sales, products, technical applications will be provided.
