Job Description

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Engineer to support sales activities for an automation industrial company dealing in automation equipment and electronic components, includingHMI/drives, IoT, sensors, and metrology products.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer enquiries and support requests from outdoor Sales Engineers
Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with product/project engineers on proposals and quotations
Identify new business opportunities through targeted cold and warm calling campaigns
Manage sales funnel and quotation status using CRM tools to track conversion rates

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the engineering or automation field
