Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to deliver accurate information and enhance client engagement
- Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on sales leads to support revenue generation
- Coordinate order processing, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of marine products
- Support the sales team by compiling and analyzing sales reports and managing the sales pipeline for informed decision-making
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive after-sales support and resolving issues efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the marine or industrial sector
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage documentation and reporting
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
