In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an In-House Legal Counsel/Corporate Lawyer. The role involves providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, reviewing contracts, and resolving legal issues as they arise. The successful candidate will manage legal risks, oversee contract negotiations and ensure the company adheres to applicable laws and regulations. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices
• Strong Contract Negotiation skills, including reviewing and drafting agreements
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and ability to maintain legal records
• Capability to analyze and resolve Legal Issues effectively, as well as provide sound Legal Advice to stakeholders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A law degree or equivalent qualification with relevant certifications
• Prior experience as corporate legal counsel is an added advantage
