Job Description & Requirements
- Monitor shipment ETD & ETA date and ensure receipt of shipping documents from supplier
- Liaise with suppliers on amendment/discrepancies during draft documentation checking and verification before requesting for final documentation
- Issue import work order to forwarder and warehouse for import clearance and cargo receiving purposes
- Liaise with 3rd party warehouse provider to ensure on time clearance and unstuffing
- Monitor and ensure the unstuffing report from 3rd party warehouse provider being received within working days after unstuffing
- Check and ensure the accuracy of unstuffing report. For discrepancies, damage and torn bags, to report to Manager for follow up with supplier
- To ensure that complete full set of shipping documents (signed COA & Work order, HC, Permit, damage images (if any) are available in sharepoint for each work order once work order is posted in Navision
- For CIF/CIP shipment, to monitor the damage quantity in unstuffing report and submit insurance claim if meet to claim criteria in insurance policy
Transfer of Raw Material & Finish Product
- Issue Transfer Work Order when received information from R&D team
- Monitor and ensure claim for damage bag during transfer being submitted to insurance company.
- Monitor and ensure sample bag being transfer promptly for sampling after unstuffing.
- Monitor and ensure transfer activities being updated to Navision on time.
