Job Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system.
• Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering.
• Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related fields.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.
  
  

Added Advantage

• Experience in HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP / SaaS implementation.
• Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, Leave, or Attendance processes.
