Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CorpPass portal, registration, setup, prepare and submit Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations,ensuring compliance with MOM quota, and on-going administration for clients
  • Assist clients with Dubai Golden Visa processes, managing document attestation, salary certificates
  • Assist clients with Thailand long-stay/retirement visa applications including bank documentation and insurance coordination
  • Liaise with government authorities and relevant agencies to ensure compliance
  • Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employmentregulations in SG, UAE, Thailand
  • Provide general advisory support to clients on corporate and immigration matters

Requirements:
. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate services or immigration
. Familiarity with Singapore work pass applications (MOM submissions) preferred
. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
. Good organizational and time management skills
. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
. Experience handling international visa applications (UAE, Thailand, etc.)
. Client-facing experience in a professional services environment
. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
