Overview We're seeking a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to drive our advisory pipeline. You'll make the first contact via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging, then convert leads into face-to-face consultations that keep our advisory calendar full and productive.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact with inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social channels)
Qualify prospects and secure confirmed bookings for in-person consultations
Manage advisor calendars, reschedule as needed, and minimize no-shows
Track leads and follow-ups in CRM with accuracy
Handle objections confidently and close conversations with professionalism
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and in person
Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and face-to-face sales interactions
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools (bonus)
Performance Metrics
Number of qualified appointments booked
Show-up rate for consultations
Conversion rate from lead → booked appointment
Speed and consistency of follow-ups
