Immediate - Patient Service Associate #HKF

We are looking for Patient service associates candidates to be outsourced at our client's place.

Salary: $12/ hr

Immediate till Jan 2026

Working Hours: 5 days office hours

Job Responsibilities

.Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.

. Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.

.Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.

. Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.

. Assist clinic manager in administrative duties

. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

. Min. GCE N Levels / GCE O Levels / A Levels
