ICT Executive

Job Description

• Manage ICT programmes, projects and HQ project rollouts for schools.
• Ensure compliance with MOE ICT policies, guidelines and standards.
• Gather ICT needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Assist with procurement of ICT/AV equipment and services.
• Manage ICT/AV inventory, equipment replacement and loan resources.
• Assign and oversee work of Technology Assistants and ICT support staff.
• Monitor technology trends and introduce relevant tools for Teaching& Learning.
• Coordinate ICT project matters with MOE HQ and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Skype video conferences and webinars.
• Support large-scale meetings, conferences, workshops and special events.
• Assist hosts, panelists, trainers and participants during ICT-enabled events.

Requirements

• Diploma in ICT with 5+ years of relevant ICT experience.
• Preferably5 years experience in MOE schools.
• Strongknowledge of IT hardware, software, networks and AV systems.
• Experiencein user administration, Active Directory and IT support.
• Proficientin MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Skype.
• Experiencein ICT procurement, project and vendor management.
• Knowledgeof IT asset and inventory management.
• Experience in website management, photography, videography and video editing
