Working hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Key Roles

• Manage ICT programmes and co-ordinate HQ project rollouts ensure compliance with MOE policies and standards

• Gather ICT needs and propose solutions assist in procurement of ICT/AV equipment and services

• Manage ICT/AV resources

• Oversee Technology Assistant and work with ICT trainers/support staff

• Manage Centre website with premises booking system

• Troubleshoot SSOE/Non-SSOE/WOG issues

• Facilitate video conference/webinar sessions

• Provide AV support, videography/photography, video production, and design e-banners/booklet covers

• Manage printing services and co-ordinate vendor deliveries/repairs

• Prepare ICT Masterplan and ITQ specification drafts

Requirements

• Diploma in ICT

• At least 5 years relevant experience

• Configure, install, and maintain end-user devices (hardware & software)

• Experience in video conferencing/webinar facilitation for large-scale events

• Experience in ICT project contracts, vendor liaison, and project management (preferred)

• Good interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
