Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned Hyperscale and Global accounts.
- Develop detailed account plans for designated Hyperscale customer territories.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and drive deals through the full sales cycle to closure.
- Promote the company's brand, generate interest, and propose tailored data center solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Work closely with sales engineers and the regional team to structure proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Keep up to date with market developments, opportunities, and competitors across the Asia Pacific data center sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the data center industry and with hyperscale accounts.
- Proven track record of engaging hyperscale clients, leveraging networks, and closing deals successfully.
- In-depth knowledge of the Asia Pacific data center market and data center specifications.
- Strong strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality, while able to work both independently and collaboratively.
