Job Description

Location: Singapore

Function: Solution Sales (Hybrid/MultiCloud, Modernization, Migration, FinOps)

Sector Focus: Healthcare, Defense, Enterprise, BFSI


Role Summary

Drive new logo acquisition and expansion for hybrid/multicloud solutions (private/public, landing zones, container platforms, cloud security, FinOps). Partner with OEMs/hyperscalers and internal solution architects to shape valueled proposals and close multiyear deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory plan for hybrid/multicloud services across target sectors.
  • Qualify and progress opportunities from early discovery through to commercial close (MEDDICC or similar).
  • Lead client discovery on current workloads, target state, TCO/ROI, and migration sequencing.
  • Orchestrate presales/architecture, delivery, and partner teams to craft proposals, SoWs, and commercials.
  • Develop joint sales plays with hyperscalers and OEM partners run demandgen campaigns.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting (weekly/quarterly).
  • Negotiate commercials, MSAs, and multiyear service constructs.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-10+ years solution sales in cloud/professional or managed services (AWS/Azure/GCP, VMware, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes).
  • Proven wins in hybrid/multicloud migrations, modernization, DevSecOps, or FinOps programs.
  • Familiarity with landing zones, cloud security, governance, cost optimization, and app modernization.
  • Strong partner ecosystem experience (hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs).
  • Degree in Business/IT or equivalent cloud certifications a plus.

  • Executive storytelling, value engineering, and commercial acumen.
  • Stakeholder orchestration, urgency, and disciplined pipeline management.

Performance Metrics

  • New logos won, multiyear TCV/ACV, gross margin, forecast accuracy, partnerinfluenced revenue.
