We're looking for a Husbandry Manager based in the Philippines to drive operational excellence and centralisation initiatives across the region.
In this role, you'll:
Report directly to the Director of Husbandry Services and lead a dynamic Husbandry team, coach and develop talent to deliver outstanding results.
- Work closely with Port Operations, the Commercial team, the Credit Management and Procurement functions.
- Standardise and refine port procedures to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global centres to ensure smooth port call coordination for vessels, crews, and cargo.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, boost productivity, and optimise costs.
- Represent the branch as a manager, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years maritime or ships agency operations experience, ideally in husbandry operations.
- Strong people management skills - proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire.
- Commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent English, tech-savvy, highly organised, and able to thrive under deadlines.
