Description and Responsibilities:
. Report to General Manager
. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
. Drafting of job ads, posting, and liaising with recruitment agency.
. Handle the application of work passes, arranging medical check-up appointment, accommodation, procurement of air ticket and courses for upgrading worker's skillset. . Contact MOM on company's enquiry, including the input of ongoing MOM's survey.
. Preparing of official letters (Appointment letters, Employment letters, Increment letters, etc).
. Onboarding and Offboarding of staffs via the HR portal (PayBoy)
. Review employee's benefit with GM and appraisal template for departments.
. Any other HR duties assigned.
