Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The specialist will manage core HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting recruitment initiatives. Additional responsibilities include improving talent acquisition processes, facilitating employee engagement, managing personnel operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and employment laws.

• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies implementation
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and effective communication around them
• Proficiency in Personnel Management and data-driven decision-making in HR processes
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a remote environment
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in HR roles that focus on data-driven insights and employee engagement is advantageous
